Unlike most portable CD players on the market, the DM13 adopts two independent flagship DAC chips CS43198, featuring high performance, low power consumption, and excellent audio performance. FIIO engineers also designed an output state that extracts better sound performance from the main control based on the internal circuit architecture, leaving the volume adjustment to the professional DAC chips. The 99-level delicate volume adjustment not only achieves smooth volume control but also makes the sound at each volume level clearer.

A Walking CD Player, Suitable for Multiple Scenarios

FIIO designers integrated manufacturing processes and structural design to optimize the volume of the DM13 to an industry-leading level, with dimensions of only about 144x137x27mm (excluding foot pads). It is also designed with an ESP electronic anti-shock switch, ensuring a stable and pleasant sound experience whether you are carrying it out or listening in fixed scenarios like on a desktop.

*Enabling the ESP function can improve playback stability, but turning this function on or off has no significant improvement on disc reading performance.

Stable Disc Reading, Careful Protection

Gently push the lever to easily open the cover. This not only allows you to truly feel the physical existence of music during the process of taking and placing the disc but also adds a sense of ritual. At the same time, the spacious disc space can greatly reduce the possibility of scratches when the disc is rotating at high speed, protecting your beloved discs as much as possible.

*Although the DM13 has strong disc reading capabilities, it cannot perfectly read all CD discs due to the structural limitations of the portable movement. We will continue to optimize disc reading performance through firmware upgrades in the future. *Due to differences in disc materials and recording environments, it is normal for a small number of CD-R and CD-RW discs to skip frames during reading.
