The Best of Both Worlds! A Hybrid Tube Amplifier
The SWL-T01 is a compact integrated amplifier that condenses the functions of a USB DAC, a headphone amplifier, and a power amplifier into a compact chassis with a footprint roughly the size of a CD jewel case.
In a crowdfunding campaign on "Makuake" starting in August 2023, the project received 6.91 million yen in support, achieving 1382% of its funding goal.
Its configuration is a hybrid amplifier that utilizes a vacuum tube (12AU7) in the pre-amplifier stage and a Class-D amplifier (digital amplifier) in the power-amplifier stage.
By combining the Class-D amplifier, which delivers powerful driving force without taking up much space, with the vacuum tube,
which possesses the analog audio sensibility that digital amplifiers alone cannot express, the compact yet musically rich hybrid amplifier "SWL-T01" was born.

Compact Size & Design that Fits Anywhere
With a footprint nearly identical to a CD jewel case (W 130 x D 145 x H 77 mm / 5.1" x 5.7" x 3.0" *including protrusions),
it is incredibly compact! It can be easily placed on a desk, under a living room TV, or on a bedside table. We also focused on a design aesthetic that allows it to be enjoyed as a piece of interior décor.
Furthermore, it can be powered by a portable power station (one that supports DC 12V output), allowing you to take it along for camping or overnight stays in your vehicle.
